RETURNS, REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES

If something isn’t right, or you change your mind, we are happy to accept a return subject to the Return and Exchange Policy below.

GENERAL

Items purchased in the online store can be returned for a refund via post

If you change your mind about the products you have purchased from us, we will refund the purchase price or exchange those product.

If you request a refund, the purchase price (excluding delivery charges for online) will be refunded to you using the original payment method once we have received the returned item back. You are responsible for any costs associated with returning the item to us including any currency conversion and/or local or international taxes.

Return must be requested within 20 days of purchase.

FAULTY OR NOT DELIVERED

If an item is faulty, wrongly described, or not delivered, we will refund the purchase price and delivery charges, or provide a replacement product. Please check our Buyer Protection Policy for more details.

HOW TO RETURN AN ONLINE ORDER VIA POST

  1. Contact us via email and request the return form.
  2. Print out postage label to fill out your details, pay for postage and print out your postage label.
  3. Complete, print and sign the return form.
  4. Pack the item(s) for return. Put the postage label on the front, and don’t forget to include the return form.

Once we receive the package, we’ll process your refund and send you an email to let you know. We will send you refund within 5 business days. The refund will appear in your bank account in about 3-5 business days after.
